Isabell Tackett Carey Winters, 81, of Coal Grove, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky. She was born in Ironton on Dec. 11, 1937 to the late William and Cora Haynes Tackett. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Franklin Carey.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. Sixth St., Ironton, with Pastor Jeff Canfield officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, 824 Lorain St., Ironton. There will be an evening visitation Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.

Mary Ferguson

Mary Lee Ferguson, 71, of Proctorville, died Monday Sept. 2, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.

David Lee Marcum, 58, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Tuesday Sept. 3, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Toni Marcum.

Marilou Rogers

Marilou Rogers, 94, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019 in Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth.

She was a retired teacher from Rock Hill Local School District.
