Christmas Cabin
“Santa at the Christmas Cabin,” a fundraiser and celebration of fellowship, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Everything offered at the event is by donation and money raised from it is used to give back to those in the community in need. The cabin is located at the Wilson Family Farm, 14552 State Route 775, Willow Wood.
Santa at the Commons
The Concerned Citizens of Burlington will bring Santa and Mrs. Claus to Burlington Commons from 5-7 p.m.
Small Business Saturday
Shops in downtown Ironton and throughout the county will be taking part in Small Business Saturday.
Dec. 2
Ironton Christmas Parade
The Ironton Christmas Parade, organized by the Lions Club, will take place at 6 p.m. Line up will be at 5 p.m. at Second and Railroad streets.
Journey to Bethlehem
First Baptist Church of South Point will host a Journey to Bethlehem from 6-9 p.m for a guided tour. Parking is available for cars, trucks and church buses. Come early and experience the journey. Light refreshments served at the end of each tour.

Chesapeake Tree Lighting
The Chesapeake Area Citizens Coalition will host the annual tree lighting in Triangle Park at 6 p.m.
Christmas Songs and Stories
John Berry will present his 23rd annual Christmas Songs and Stories tour at Ironton High School at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at www.johnberry.com.
Lights of Love
Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital will present the 36th installment of the Lights of Love celebration, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the hospital’s front entrance in Ashland. Visits with Santa will take place in the lobby at 5:30 p.m.
