Library Christmas Celebration

A Christmas celebration, for ages 4–10, will take place at 3 p.m. at the Symmes Valley branch of the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library.

Santa at Library

Santa Claus will visit the Proctorville branch of the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library at 6 p.m.

Karaoke/Pizza with Santa

A Karaoke and Pizza with Santa event will be 6-8 p.m., with trolley rides around Central Park in Ashland, Kentucky. It begins at the Ashland Transportation Center, 99 15th St. by the flood wall. Event is free for children up to the sixth grade

Sounds of the Season

The Ironton High School Varsity Singers will be performing at the Ashland Town Center at noon, as part of the “Sounds of the Season” concert series.

Great Russian Nutcracker

The Moscow Ballet will present The Great Russian Nutcracker, featuring local dancers in the cast, at 7 p.m. at The Paramount Arts Center in Ashland. Tickets are $45-50. For more information, visit the PAC website.

Saturday

Dance Program

The Yvonne DeKay School of Dance will present their Christmas program at the Ironton High School auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 at the door.

Wreaths Across America

The annual Wreaths Across America ceremony at Woodland Cemetery in Ironton will begin at noon on Veterans Hill. Attendees are asked to arrive at 11:30 a.m. for the laying of the wreaths and reading of veteran’s names.

Brunch with Santa

The Wyngate at Rivers Edge, located in Rome Township, will host a brunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus, starting at 10:30 a.m. The event will also feature live reindeer and a story time event with Mrs. Claus. Free and open to the public.

Christmas on Vernon

Christmas on Vernon will take place in downtown Ironton along Vernon Street from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., with vendors, carolers, children’s activities, a live Nativity and more.

Breakfast with Santa and Friends

The Friends of Ironton’s annual Breakfast with Santa and Friends will take place at the Ro-Na Theater from 9 a.m.-noon.

Christmas Choir

There will be a Christmas Choir at 6:30 p.m. at the Ironton City Center.
