Christine Cookie Spurlock Scarberry, 74, of Proctorville, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, at her home with her family by her side.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Pastor Gordon Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Willow Wood. Visitation will be held 1–2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Robert Higgins

Robert Keith Higgins, 75, of Willow Wood, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020 at home. He is survived by his wife, Linda Gail McCarty Higgins.

Mary Ann (Ratliff) Jenkins, 69, of Ironton, died on Jan. 20, 2020.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. Sixth St., Ironton, with Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating. Interment will follow the service at Melvin Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
