Influenza is affecting more than personal health.
A flu epidemic has closed down Lawrence County schools for the next two days and altering the basketball schedule as well.
Three boys’ basketball games scheduled for Tuesday have all been rescheduled due to the flu epidemic.
The St. Joseph at Rock Hill game has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 10.
The Symmes Valley at South Point game will be played next Tuesday, Feb. 11.
The Chesapeake Panthers have moved their game with Chillicothe Southeastern to Saturday, Feb. 15, with the jayvee game starting at 5 p.m.
