Harry Lowell Mulkey, 78, of Ironton, died Feb., 5, 2020 at Our Lady of Bellefonte, Ashland, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Chaffins Mulkey.

Funeral service will be noon Monday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with Brother Paul Toney, Jr. and Pastor Aaron Abner officiating. Burial will follow at Haverhill Cemetery, Haverhill. Friends may visit 5-7 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home.

Ronnie Cade

Ronnie Eugene Cade, 59, of Pedro, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Ann (Lewis) Cade.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Pastor Clyde Pennington officiating. Burial will follow in Slab Fork Cemetery, and visitation will be 11 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.

Clara Carter

Clara Rose Carter, 85, of Huntington, West Virginia. died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington.

She is survived by her husband, Taylor V. Carter.

Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Chesapeake. Burial will follow in Huffman Cemetery, Grayson, Kentucky. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.

William Petrie

William D. Billy Petrie, 85, formerly of Crown City, died Feb. 5, at Kingsbrooke Life Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

He is survived by wife, Sharon Rankin Petrie.

Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery, Crown City. Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
