Charles “Ray” Graham, 76, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, at home.

Funeral service will be conducted noon Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by Pastor Jason Morris. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, with Proctorville VFW Post 6878 conducting military graveside rites.

Dallas Henry Crabtree, 92, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley, Ironton.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point. Proctorville VFW Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held 1–2 p.m. Saturdayat the funeral home.

Elsie Dempsey

Elsie Mae Tootsie Dempsey, 77, of Proctorville, died on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley, Ironton.

She is survived by her husband, Howard Dempsey.

Funeral service will be 6 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Pastor Harold Hamlin officiating. Visitation will be held 5–6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

John Wolfe III

John H. Wolfe III, 80, of Ironton, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Ann “Jan” Jones Wolfe.

Visitation will be Friday 5–7 p.m. at the Tracy Brammer–Monroe Funeral Home, 518 S. Sixth St. Ironton. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Christ Episcopal Church, 501 Park Ave., Ironton, with Rev. Sallie Schisler officiating.
