Ponice Penny Croson, of North Carolina, formerly of Proctorville, died Tuesday March 3, 2020.

A graveside service will be noon Saturday at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. There will be no visitation.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.

Raymond Stephens

Raymond Dale Stephens, 74, of Proctorville, died Wednesday March 4, 2020, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Stephens.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be held 1–2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Carl Collins

Carl David Collins, 69, formerly of Ironton, died March 3, 2020, in Surprise, Arizona.

He was the son of Carl Collins (deceased) and Jean McMahon, and brother of Cathy Jackson. He is also survived by a companion, Piper Bently.

A memorial service will take place in Arizona at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a gift to Harvest for the Hungry food pantry is requested.
