On Tuesday, the village of Coal Grove closed its offices to the public until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Customers are being asked to utilize the following options for payments.

• Drop box – Located conveniently outside of the office. The box will be checked for payments periodically throughout the day. The drop box is locked and accessible to customers 24 hours a day.

• Mail – Customers may mail in a check or money order to 513 Carlton Davidson Lane, Coal Grove, OH 45638. Please indicate on the envelope which department you are mailing a payment for.

• Phone – There is a $3 minimum fee associated with phone payments.

• Website – www.coalgrovewater.org You will need to create an account if you have not already. If you are unsure how to do so or need help, please feel free to contact the office for assistance.
