Mobile food pantry to visit region

OAK HILL — Thanks to a sponsorship by U.S. Pipeline and TC Energy, the Southeast Ohio Foodbank, a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, will be hosting a food distribution on Friday, April 17, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Fresh produce and other food items will be distributed to income eligible families who are at or below 230 percent of the federal poverty guidelines, and are residents of Jackson or Lawrence County.
The truck will be at Oak Hill High School’s parking lot and those attending should bring a photo ID and proof of residency no more than 60 days old.
