Curtis Castle, also known as Jody Caldwell, 62, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, formerly of Candy Holler, died on Thursday, April 14, 2021, at the Carter Nursing and Rehab in Grayson, Kentucky.

The family has entrusted his care to the Taylor-Brown family of Brown Funeral Chapel.
