The Village of Hanging Rock has moved its trick or treat to Monday, because of rain.

It will be 5:30-7 p.m.

Ironton will be having citywide trick or treat on Monday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. as will the Village of Coal Grove from 6-7:30 p.m.
