Tracy Lee Romine, 51, of Ironton, died on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021, at her residence.

Funeral service will be 6 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Pastor Jeff Cremeans officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
