Jason Lee Ellis, 38, of Huntington, West Virginia, died on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at Christ Temple Church in Huntington, West Virginia.

Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service.

Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
