Michael “Mike” Lee Forbush, of Proctorville, died May 6, 2022.

Visitation will be held at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, 625 Cty. Rd. 775 Proctorville, from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, with Masonic Rites beginning at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Justin Berry officiating. Burial will follow the service at Forbush Family Farm.
