Shawn Carlos Bandy, 46, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

A Celebration of Life will be 5–7 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.
