Lilas Janeen Black, 62, of Nitro, West Virginia, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023.

Funeral ceremony will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake.

Visitation is noon at the funeral home.
