Mr. and Mrs. Randy and Beth Dial of Flatwoods, Ky., and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde and Jacki (Hannon) VanHoose, of Greenup, Ky., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Natalie Megan Dial, to Andrew Joseph Heighton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim and Joy (Unger) Heighton of Ironton.

Natalie is 2002 graduate of Russell High School and a 2006 graduate of Midway College. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and an associate of arts degree in computer information systems. She is employed at Community Trust Bank in Ashland, Ky., as a commercial loan officer assistant.

Andrew is a 2002 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Ironton and a 2007 graduate of Marshall University. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration accounting, magna cum laude. He is employed at the Fyffe Jones Group in Ashland, Ky., as an accountant.

The couple will be united in marriage at St. Joseph Church in Ironton, on May 14, 2011. Invitations will be sent.
