Carpenter
Published 11:30pm Saturday, November 27, 2010Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Carpenter are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 2. They have four children, Phil, Brenda, Jeff and Brian; 11 grandchildren, one deceased, and six great-grandchildren.
The couple are members of Sugar Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Their family has planned a trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., to celebrate the anniversary. Ron was with the A&P store for 31 years and 13 years with Tipton’s Bakery. Freda was a cook with Dawson-Bryant Schools.
