Published 12:00am Sunday, January 16, 2011Richie Webb and Kayla Cox of South Point would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Hadley Rayne Webb. She was born Sept. 15, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds five ounces and was 21 inches long.
Hadley’s maternal grandparents are Johnny and Renata Cox of Greenup, Ky. Her paternal grandparents are Ron and Patty Webb of Ironton.
