Theft — 400 block County Road 411, Proctorville, 3:41 p.m. Wednesday, personal check taken, attempt alledgedly made to cash it, suspect apprehended, Billy J. Booth Jr., 25, 429 County Road 411, Proctorville, charged with receiving stolen property and taken to jail.

Domestic — Upper Township, 5 p.m. Wednesday, woman alledgedly threatened with death over custody of child, Justin E. Clay, 21, 701 Hecla St., Ironton, charged with domestic violence and taken to jail.

Theft — 1400 County Road 120, South Point, 8:05 a.m. Monday, lawn mower taken, pawned, suspect named.

Breaking and entering — 12 mile marker State Route 7, Proctorville, 10:18 a.m. Tuesday, tool trailer entered, air compressor, nail gun, other tools taken, possible suspects named.

Theft — 2400 block State Route 243, Ironton, 10:38 a.m. Monday, lawn mower taken from yard.

Theft — 200 block Township Road 1533, Proctorville, 10:58 a.m. Monday, iPad taken from vehicle.

Burglary — 800 block County Road 15, South Point, 2:03 p.m. Tuesday, TV, gun taken from residence.

Theft — 200 block Township Road 1430, South Point, 6:28 a.m. Wednesday, shotgun taken from residence.
