Sheriff’s office

Burglary — 200 block County Road 1, South Point, 6 p.m. July 14, residence broken into, gun and medication taken.

Assault — Whiskey River Saloon, South Point, 12:10 a.m. July 14, male patron allegedly assaulted female patrons, Anthony Hinchman, 29, of 9807 NW 71st St., Tamarac, Fla., arrested.

Petty theft — 200 block Solida Road, South Point, 1 p.m. Tuesday, four batteries taken from heavy equipment.


Ironton police

Theft — 300 block Pine Street, 4:29 p.m. Monday.

Domestic — 1200 block South Eighth Street, 9:03 p.m. Monday, man arrested and taken to jail.
