Reba Wandale Ross, 87, of Huntington, W.Va., died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, W.Va. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville by Pastor Paul Farley. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington, W.Va. Ralph Matney

Ralph Eugene Matney, 70, of Ironton, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Ky. He was the husband of Janet Thomas Matney, who survives. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday,at Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Rex Smith officiating. James E. “Sam” Turner, 76, of Proctorville, died Monday April 15, 2013, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. He was the husband of Karen Drake Turner, who survives.
