The bride-to-be is the daughter of Judy and Ralph Waddle and Norma and Rick Martin. She is a 1993 graduate of Ironton High School and a graduate of Ohio University. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s in educational leadership and is a teacher at Cannonsburg Elementary School.

The groom-elect is the son of Barb and Charlie Hammonds. He is a 1999 graduate of Ironton High School and a graduate of the Collins Career Center Police Academy. He is employed with the Ironton Police Department.

The wedding will be July 4, 2013. Invitations will be sent.
