Donald Raymond Arthur, 60, of South Point, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the LaGrange Cemetery with Pastor Harold McKenzie officiating. Interment will follow the service.
