Effie Mills

Effie Mills, 85, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at home. She was the wife of Elmer Mills, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Proctorville. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home.
