Edna Earlene Kearns Smith, 91, of South Point, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley in Ironton. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home with the Rev. James Kearns officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
