PROCTORVILLE — The Fairland Lady Dragons threw away their cleats and put on their hitting shoes.

Fairland banged out 16 hits en route to a 19-5 win over the Green Lady Bobcats on Thursday.

Mollie Morris and Ellen Hinshaw each went 3-4 with three runs batted in to lead the Lady Dragons.

Jessica Bias was 2-3 with a double and three RBIs, Morgan Fridley 2-3 and Caitlin Stone was 2-4 with two doubles and three RBIs.

Allison Shepherd — who also had a double — teamed with Stone to do the Fairland pitching.

Fairland visits Ironton on Monday in an Ohio Valley Conference game.
