HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Marshall University Athletic Ticket Office is closed for the weekend due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Customers can purchase tickets by phone for the remainder of the business day until 5 p.m. At that time, phone orders will be suspended and the box office will reopen on Saturday at 2 p.m. for the Thundering Herd’s football matchup that evening with Western Kentucky at 7 p.m.
While the box office is closed, fans looking to purchase football tickets for Saturday vs. Western Kentucky or 2016-17 basketball tickets for all remaining home contests are encouraged to visit HerdZone.com, the official Marshall athletics website.
Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days per week for a convenient online ticketing experience. Print-at-home and mobile delivery methods are available options online for customers who choose to have their tickets delivered to them.
The ticket office will launch an online Basketball Ticket Sale on Friday in recognition of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
The sale will go live on HerdZone.com starting at 12:01 a.m. Customers can use the promo code DUNK to save up to as much as 50 percent off select tickets for all remaining home men’s basketball games.
Individuals who have ticket questions while the office is closed are encouraged to email herdtickets@marshall.edu. Ticket office staff will check messages during this time.
