Regina Waddell and Angela Hodge check the fit of 2-year-old Krisa Bailie Suiter’s car seat, while her grandmother, Phyllis Webster, watches. Krisa and her grandmother stopped for the check at the River Cities Safe Kids Coalition free car seat safety check at Wal-mart in South Point Thursday.
