Victor Hunt installs stress gauges on the Ironton Russell Bridge Tuesday as Ramasulramanian Ganesan steadies his ladder. The two came from the University of Cincinnati Infrastructure Institute to help ODOT monitor the effects of bridge traffic. Crews will be installing gauges through Thursday and Nov. 2-4.
