Phyllis and Joseph Brown of Ironton walk down Third Street while taking their daily exercise Wednesday. The couple bundled up as cold temperatures hit the region. They said they walk two and one half miles a day and the cold would not stop them, but daily temperatures are expected to increase by this weekend.
