Cleo "Junior" Frazier, 38, of 1820 Eastfield Dr., Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of crack cocaine, a third-degree felony, Lawrence County prosecutor J.B. Collier Jr. said.

Judge Frank McCown sentenced Frazier to two years in prison with credit for 103 days served in the Lawrence County Jail.

Also in court Wednesday, judges sentenced three others:

– Floyd Hauck, 37, of 5166 Ohio 159, Chillicothe: pleaded guilty to one count of criminal non-support, fifth-degree felony.

Judge Richard Walton sentenced Hauck to three years of community control sanctions, ordered him to make regular child support payments and to pay on the amount he owes.

A March Lawrence County Child Support Enforcement Agency report showed Hauck owed 12,849.32 at that time, Collier said.

– Cindy L. Baisden, 37, of 7174 Ohio 776, Jackson: pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, with three prior convictions within the last six years, a fourth-degree felony.

Judge McCown sentenced Ms. Baisden to three years community control sanctions under intensive supervised probation, and 30 days in jail.

She was ordered to obtain alcohol counseling as arranged by the Lawrence County Bureau of Community Corrections, pay fines and give up her driver’s license for six months. She received credit for 21 days in jail.

– John Tallini, 39, of 913 S. Eighth St., Ironton: pleaded guilty to domestic violence, with a prior conviction, a fifth-degree felony.

Judge Walton sentenced Tallini to three years community control sanctions under intensive supervised probation, with credit for 13 days in jail.

Walton also ordered him to successfully complete a six-month, in-house treatment program at the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati.
