Chesapeake Police Department Chief Russell Bennett weighs uncut cocaine that was seized after a traffic stop Tuesday. The vehicle was stopped on an alleged speeding violation by Sgt. Steve Sisler, an officer with the Chesapeake PD. The investigation broadened after Sisler smelled the odor of marijuana and called for the Ironton Police Department’s drug dog, according to the CPD report.
