ASHLAND, Ky. – Brooke Anne Vance, 15, of Ashland died Sunday in Ashland.

The Ashland native was born May 14, 1985.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Caroline Cemetery, with Sam Vance officiating.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods.

Paul Ball

Dec. 12, 1921-June 13, 2000

KITTS HILL – Paul G. Ball, 78, of Kitts Hill died Tuesday at his home.

The Lawrence County, Ky., native was born Dec. 12, 1921.

Funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, with ministers Philip LeMaster and Casey Whitaker officiating.

Burial will be in Sugar Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

FLATWOODS, Ky. – Kathleen I. Webb, 70, of Flatwoods, formerly of Ashland, died Sunday at her home after an extended illness.

The Ashland native was born April 18, 1930.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, with Lee Gussler officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to Community Hospice.

Carman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

She was the wife of the late John W. Lewis.

ATHALIA – Lucian Fuller of Athalia died today at his home.

He was the wife of the late Maggie Lou Fuller.

Carl LeMasters, 64, of Ironton died Tuesday at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.

He was the husband of Patricia LeMasters, who survives.

She was the wife of Joe Vencill, who survives.
