Claude DeBord has never forgotten the day Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Japanese. Recently, he traveled from St. Petersburg, Fla., back to his Ironton hometown to visit the graves of several brothers who also fought in World War II. Here, he pauses for a few moments at the gravesite of his brother, Clayton DeBord, who fought in Europe during the war.
