Congressman Ted Strickland of Lucasville was in Ironton Sunday to enjoy the activities of the Festival of the Hills. He made no public appearance, but did mingle with festivalgoers and answered many questions. Rich Donahue of Ironton, left, was among the many who inquired about the congressman’s future plans for the district.
