As lights reflect off hospital windows, Justin White, 14 months, isn’t sure that he wants to sit in Santa’s lap at the River Valley Health System lighting Wednesday. Instead, his mother held him while they posed for pictures. The hospital held its annual lighting for the community at 7 p.m.
