Haley Howard, 11 months, of Ironton, isn’t quite sure about the large stuffed bear she saw Friday at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Teddy Trooper, the Ohio Highway Patrol’s mascot, and troopers, like Sgt. John Smith, visited children in the pediatrics ward of KDMC, St. Mary’s Hospital and others to deliver toys to children who are in the hospital this holiday season.
