Jalen Schweickart pops a wheelie on a scooter while playing with his friends in Ironton. Like many other kids in the area and across the nation, Jalen received a new scooter for Christmas. With collapsible frames made from lightweight materials, scooters are popular again – and a far cry from the boxes with roller skates on them.
