"Oh, the weather outside is frightful," but it’s not as bad as it could have been. Tri-State residents awoke this morning to a light blanketing of snow that covered city streets and sidewalks. Ironton resident Wayne McClellan spent the early morning hours of Tuesday sweeping the snow from his sidewalk and steps. McClellan said he is already "looking for spring."
