While picking seats, fans will have the chance to meet with Herd players who will be available for autographs from 10:30-11:15 a.m. The afternoon scrimmage will be held from 2-4 p.m.

A second "Choose Your Seat" will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, in conjunction with the annual "Ladies Night Out" informational clinic that begins at 7 p.m.

The final date for picking a seat will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27. Herd players and coaches will be available again for autographs following practice.

A total of 30 first-year players arrived Saturday for their initial practice session. Returning varsity players report Tuesday afternoon with conditioning tests to be held Wednesday, Aug. 8, prior to the annual Media/Photo Day at Marshall Stadium.

"We’re excited to get these guys on campus and get started with preparations for this season," Herd coach Bob Pruett said. "These two days of practices wit the new guys will give us some ideas as to what they bring to the table, but the real tests will begin when the varsity players get here on Tuesday."

First-year players will practice a second time at 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday. The full squad will hold its first practice session at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.
