As of Saturday, the tire pile in Athalia will no longer pose a threat to Athalia residents.

As of Saturday, the tire pile in Athalia will no longer pose a threat to Athalia residents. Cooksey Brothers Disposal Co. from Ashland, Ky. started work at 7 a.m. Saturday morning to move the tires off the site and into a landfill.
