Meeting in regular session this morning, the Lawrence County Commission announced that the former RVHS medical clinic in Aid will reopen.

A newly-graduated doctor is expected to reopen it, hopefully by Sept. 1, commissioners said.

The clinic closed during the RVHS closure in January, when hospital officials cited growing financial problems.
