Signs of the times are springing up all over the county. The Wilson family is helping area residents get ready for autumn with their "pick the patch of pumpkins" at their family farm. For $1, customers can have the "pick of the patch" or grab a pumpkin from the front of the family’s barn. With leaves changing from green to fire red, orange or yellow, the trip to Wilson’s farm, located about 18 miles from Ironton, can also provide travelers a chance to take in the splendor of color.
