BUCYRUS -- Robert J. Henry, 54, of Bucyrus died Friday at Bucyrus Community Hospital, after an extended illness.

The Ironton native was born Aug. 1, 1947, to John C. and Audrey Abrams Henry.

He was a military policeman with the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in the United States.

Survivors include two sons, John Henry and Ryan Henry, both of Bucyrus; one brother, Curtis Henry of Marion; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Betty Steele of Marion, Ann and Charles Heimlich of Galion, Ada Nancy Bullion of Mt. Gilead and Patricia and John Nunn of Bucyrus.

He also was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Henry and John Henry, one sister, Dellamae Henry, and his loved one, Peggy Ball.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at 32 Lutz Drive, Bucyrus. Wappner Funeral Directors in Mansfield was in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may be sent to http://www.wappner.com.
