Sept. 1, 1912-May 24, 2002 Marie Sadie McKnight, 89, of Ironton died Friday at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.

The Lawrence County native was born Sept. 1, 1912, the daughter of the late Charles and Nora Hicks Willis.

She was the wife of the late Russell H. McKnight.

She was a housewife.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda S. McKnight of Ironton; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard L. and Marilyn McKnight of Harrison; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Woodland Cemetery, with the Rev. Dennis Strawn officiating. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tracy Brammer Funeral Home.
