HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - Enoch Bunch came off the bench to score 15 points and lead Marshall to a 74-60 win over Ohio on Saturday.
Marshall (7-8, 4-3 Mid-American) used a 29-7 spurt midway through the second half to erase a five-point halftime deficit and eventually take a 64-47 lead.
David Anderson added 14 points, scoring seven of those in a 90-second blitzkrieg during Marshall's game-deciding burst.
Ohio (5-12, 2-5) led 36-31 at halftime but went cold in the second half, going without a field goal during a 12-minute stretch.
Sonny Troutman scored 13 points to lead the Bobcats. Jaivon Harris and Delvar Barrett had 11 points each.
Ohio took advantage of the low post in the first half by scoring 24 points in the paint to take a 36-31 lead into the break.
Bunch scored 12 of his points in the first half.
Ohio had won the previous four meetings between the schools, and the loss was Bobcats coach Tim O'Shea's first to Marshall.
