PEDRO - Six in one meant nine out of nine.

The Rock Hill Redwomen scored six runs in the first inning en route to an 11-6 softball win over the Raceland Lady Rams Thursday to remain unbeaten in nine games this season.

"The girls did good job," Redwomen coach Mary Harper said. "We hit the ball well and we got some key hits."

The Redwomen then pushed across four insurance runs in the sixth.

Kayla Wilson walked, Cassie Chaffins singled and Mandy Estep walked to load the bases. Keisha Rupp singled in a run, Monica Bamer singled home two runs and Harper had an RBI base hit.

Harper got the win in relief as she struck out two, walked two and did not allow a base hit.
