HAMLIN, W.Va. - When it counted most, the South Point Lady Pointers counted themselves among the survivors.

Although the Lady Pointers made just 14 of 29 foul shots, they converted them in the clutch as they beat the Greenup County Lady Musketeers 54-35 Tuesday in the Armstrong Holiday Tournament semifinals.

"We didn't shoot well from the foul line, but we were 6 of 8 in the fourth quarter. We needed to make them in the fourth quarter and we did," Lady Pointers coach Dave Adams said.
